Sustainability Report Member of Industry Associations We are a member of Singapore Chemicals Industry Council and collaborate with them to continually improve EHS performance in the chemical industry. Awards & Achievements The Sustainability Committee meets periodically to review the progress of our Sustainability programs and these are escalated to the Executive Committee who in turn share our sustainability performance with the Board of Directors annually. Roles and Responsibilities Board of Directors • Champions sustainability and climate-related strategy as an integral part of our long-term business strategy • Defines our Sustainability Vision and Objectives • Assessing and identifying the Group’s ESG and TCFD risks and opportunities • Approves the material aspects of our sustainability program • Monitors and oversees progress of our climate commitments and sustainability journey • Approves the annual Sustainability Report Executive Committee • Chaired by our Managing Director and comprises senior management of our company • Reviews and approves key sustainability approach • Identify, assess, monitor, and report on climate-related issues and strategies to the Board • Evaluate ESG performance against the targets • Reviewing and recommending the annual Sustainability Report for Board’s approval Sustainability Committee • Comprises group functional heads • Drives the implementation of our sustainability program and climate-related risk management • Prepares Sustainability Report annually External Charters, Principles, Certification Megachem is committed to conduct our business in a responsible and sustainable manner.
