Bonus comprises of annual wage supplement and profit sharing or variable performance bonus, where appropriate, while benefits in kind refer to allowances and benefits provided. These components of remuneration include the corresponding employers’ contribution to defined contribution plans. 9.5 The Company has not activated and granted any options under the Employee Share Option Scheme.
